The inauguration event took place at Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus. The two Vande Bharat trains will travel on the routes between Mumbai and Shirdi and Mumbai and Solapur. The Mumbai-Solapur Vande Bharat Train will be the 9th Vande Bharat Train in the country.
