Nepal plane crash: Sole survivor of the tragic place crash, pilot survives
On July 24, tragedy struck as a Saurya Airlines plane crashed and caught fire during takeoff from Kathmandu`s Tribhuvan International Airport. Sadly, 18 people lost their lives, including 17 technicians and one crew member. Miraculously, only the captain survived the tragic Nepal plane crash and is currently receiving medical treatment. The plane was headed to Pokhara for routine maintenance when the accident occurred. Firefighters swiftly responded to the scene, battling through the wreckage to handle the aftermath. This incident has once again brought scrutiny to Nepal`s aviation industry, which has a troubling safety record. Since 2000, around 300 lives have been lost in aviation accidents in Nepal, raising serious concerns about the industry`s safety standards and practices.
Airbus to launch first 'Made in India' H125 helicopters by 2026
