On September 8, security forces successfully stopped an infiltration attempt in Nowshera, Jammu and Kashmir. During "Operation Kanchi," Indian troops encountered and neutralized two terrorists in the Lam area making it a major milestone. The operation was carried out after the Indian Army received information from intelligence agencies and the J&K Police about the presence of these terrorists. A significant amount of arms and ammunition was recovered from the neutralized terrorists. This successful operation highlights the effective coordination between the Indian Army, intelligence agencies, and local police in maintaining security in the region. In Bahraich, UP, there has been a troubling series of attacks by man-eating wolves over the past few months. Despite ongoing efforts in ‘Operation Bhediya’ to capture these dangerous animals, two wolves are still on the loose. This has caused a lot of fear and distress among residents. Recently, on September 2, a five-year-old girl was killed by one of these wolves while she was sleeping with her grandmother. On the same day, another wolf attacked and killed a 2.5-year-old child in Mahsi village. Additionally, two other people were also attacked and killed by wolves that day. The situation remains critical as the wolves continue to pose a severe threat to the community.
