Kerala was hit by the Landslide tragedy claiming numerous lives in the early hours of July 30th. On 10th August, Prime Minister Narendra Modi conducted an aerial survey of landslide-hit Wayanad and visited the affected areas. The multiple landslides claimed over 300 lives and rendered many displaced and injured. PM Modi reviewed the relief and rehabilitation efforts.
