The Lok Sabha on Friday passed the Aadhaar Bill, 2016.Hailing the decision, Minister of State (MoS) for Finance Jayant Sinha said today is a historic day for development of poor people. He further said it will help them target the subsidies especially for poor people.

Finance Minister Arun Jaitley on Wednesday introduced the Aadhaar Bill in the Rajya Sabha, seeking protection of privacy of citizens.
