Sea Link inauguration

A concerned reader, we presume, sent us this photograph of a man taking a leak on the Bandra-Worli Sea Link, which was opened to the public on July 1.

The sicko hasn't been caught, but if he had, the fine for urinating in public would have been a steep Rs 1,400, not the stipulated Rs 200.

The Rs 1,200 bonus is for obstructing traffic, stopping the vehicle on the bridge and disembarking.

If that doesn't constrict your bladder, nothing will.
