DCW to press for Nirbhaya case juvenile rapist's continued detention

The Delhi Commission for Women chairperson Swati Maliwal on Friday said she would appeal to all relevant authorities to ensure that the juvenile convicted in connection with the 2012 Delhi gang rape remains in detention.
