The concept of art tours that cultural platform Outside the Pitara seeks to support has its foundation in a community of diverse artists. “One of the first of its kind, we seek to promote Indian artists from across the country, and provide them with exposure,” says Sonia Chawla, founder of Outside the Pitara. With this core idea that will showcase art across styles, they have created Out of Play, a three-day festival that will bring together art, music and food at a single venue. “The need to seek a cohesion of all the senses is what we are providing via this specially curated event,” shares Chawla.

The sessions will include a scrumptious menu created by chef Meghnesh Salian, founder of 3 Wise Monkeys that he’s aptly titled the Good Vibes Menu. Expect a surprise element for your tastebuds that perfectly meshes with the events of the day. Over 15 artistes across genres and styles are expected to perform throughout the three-day event. “Patrons will get the chance to appreciate art that includes acrylic paintings, character designs, cartoons, stickers, handmade diaries and much more,” adds Chawla. “We hope people show up, and enjoy and appreciate our curation. It is a flagship venture, and we are really proud of it”, she signs off.
