Penne Masala Mafia (Veg)
Ingredients
> 1 tsp white butter
> 1 1/2 garlic chop
> 1 cup mix vegetables
> Salt to taste
> 1 cup cooking cream

Method
> Melt butter sauté garlic mix vegetables, Add cream Parmesan cheese
> Then add pasta and salt for taste.
> Serve hot.

Chicken in Lemon Sauce (Non-veg)
Ingredients
> 1 1/2 garlic mash potato
> 1 cup char grilled mix English vegetables
> 1 cup mix lettuces salad
> 1 serve spicy chicken
> 1 1/2 lemon sauce
> 1 1/4 vegetables stock

Method
> Marinate chicken with lemon zest and yellow zucchini paste. Cook and keep aside.
> Prepare lemon sauce by adding cream and lemon. Add stock if required.
> On a plate, keep mash potatoes on side char. Grill vegetables. Place chicken
on plate.
> Cook in lemon sauce. Garnish with mix lettuces salad.u00a0
