The menu has Italian, continental and other breakfast options. For appetisers, I order Pesto Chicken (Rs 300) and Fish and Chips (Rs 425). While my vegetarian friend opts for Caprese Bruschetta (Rs 275). The Pesto Chicken is a served with berry tomatoes and lots of oregano that nullifies the pesto taste. The Fish and Chips are another disappointment, too bland for our liking. The Caprese Bruschetta, again, is served with very sour cherry tomatoes that give out a strong pungent taste. The only thing that saved it was the generous topping of buffalo mozzarella cheese.

We brace ourselves for the mains. The Classic Vegetarian Penne Arabbiata (Rs 325) is by far the best thing that could happens to us in this meal. The pasta is perfectly cooked, while the sauce is neither too dry nor runny. The creamy avocado tastes divine. Dessert lovers that we are, we ask for a Panna Cotta; only to face yet another disappointment. The waiter insists we try the Alcoholic Cupcake (Rs 90) and Moist Mud Cake (Rs 200). Do we have a choice? While the cupcake is dry and the chocolate topping tastes like rum ball, the mud cake is nothing spectacular and was quite soggy. To make things worse, we are told that their card swipe machine is out of order. We would only go there for the free Wi-Fi!
