Bedi mentioned, "It's been one-and-a-half or two years. I have not received my payment yet. I think the problem is that they have to finish a lot of work, and clear all the dues of others then only they can release the series. Even I have a few other friends in the series, who have not received their payments." 

Manish told News18 that the payments of actors have been cleared. In his report to the police, he said that Digangana kept telling how she knows superstars like Akshay, Shah Rukh Khan, and Salman Khan, and would rope in the biggies to become presenters of the web series.

He further stated that she took a staff member at their expense to meet Akshay in Ajmer. She insisted that the staff member who was an editor on the project hand over the iPad containing 16 episodes of the web series to her and wait outside the hotel room where she was to meet Akshay. He claimed that she hadn’t returned the iPad to date. 

A legal representative for MH Films said that Digangana threatened serious consequences if her demands were not met. The threat has been reported as a complaint and the cops have been requested to take action. 

Digangana commenced her acting career on television with the show ' Ek Veer Ki Ardaas...Veera'. She also participated in the reality show Bigg Boss 9. Her Hindi film debut was in 'FryDay'.
