The cast of the recently released web series Brochara 2, Ankur Rathee and Varun Tewari, catch up with mid-day.com as they discuss the latest season, shooting during Covid and much more.

Ankur who is the new addition to the cast says, “Our culture is such that we are very physical people, very affectionate and like to be in each other’s space. There are a billion of us, breathing each others air. In that culture, suddenly someone like me comes up and says, ‘please wear your mask’ or ‘please maintain distance’  Even though people understand the science, it still feels rude and people feel bad. I didn’t enjoy being the bad guy on set. Like Varun, I shot quite a bit during the pandemic. Many people must have found me to be khadoos. Post Covid I’m glad I don’t have to play that role anymore.”
