Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan has crossed 11 million followers on micro-blogging site Twitter, becoming only the second Indian to achieve the feat after megastar Amitabh Bachchan

Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan has crossed 11 million followers on micro-blogging site Twitter, becoming only the second Indian to achieve the feat after megastar Amitabh Bachchan.

The 49-year-old 'Happy New Year' star joined the site in January 2010 and has posted 8136 tweets so far.
Amitabh Bachchan, 72, has 12.8 million fans on twitter. Other Indian celebrities who are most followed on twitter are Aamir Khan (10.8 million), Salman Khan (10.2 million), Deepika Padukone (9.13 million), Priyanka Chopra (8.51 million), Hrithik Roshan (8.22 million) and Akshay Kumar (7.27 million).
